What's a max bid?

An extremely well-preserved Soviet SVT 40 sniper scope, constructed of a magnetic metal casing, the exterior with dual grooved dials for elevation and wind adjustment, retaining two fully-intact glass lenses with an visible reticle, stamped on the exterior with a sickle and hammer topped by a five-pointed star, above a serial number of “30301”, rivet to a matching mount, constructed of blackened magnetic metal, the interior with insertion grooves, the scope measuring 170 mm in length with a height of 85 mm (h) when affixed to its mount, in extremely fine condition.
