An Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem; Grand Collar and Breast Star

c.1960: Both pieces are Italian-made. Grand Collar Chain: unmarked, badge with a two-piece construction, in silver gilt with red and green enamels, 48 mm x 50.5 mm, trophy of arms suspension with a two-piece construction, in silver gilt with red enamels, 29.7 mm x 34.5 mm, the badge and trophy of arms linked by a dual loop, the chain with seven pairs of rectangular boxes with beaded borders in silver gilt, each pair of boxes inscribed "DEUS" and "LO VULT" respectively, 13 mm x 37.5 mm each, each pair of boxes separated by a 18.3 mm Jerusalem cross (cross potent with four small Greek crosses between the arms), total of six crosses, each cross with a two-piece construction, in silver gilt with red enamels, all twenty-one items linked by a pair of silver gilt chain links, total of twenty-one pairs of links. Breast Star: five-piece construction, silver star base with a silver gilt and red, white, green and maroon enamelled insignia affixed in the centre, maker marked "G. GUCCIONE ROMA" with the company's insignia on the cartouche on the reverse, 85.2 mm x 85.2 mm, vertical pinback. Both pieces with intact enamels, extremely fine.
