A silver gilt, red enamelled Maltese cross with ball finials, displaying a Gold bust of St. Gregory, measuring 48.52mm (w) x 68.44 mm (h) to top of laurel suspension, 26.7 grams, silver hallmarked on the reverse of laurels 800, illegible makers initials, on period ribbon, near extremely fine.
