Footnote: awarded to surviving members of the Yugoslav communist party who fought alongside Red Army during October Revolution in Russia (30 years commemorative award). Although eventually few thousands of these former POW's joined Red Army during 1916-1917 (most notable, Josip Broz Tito), by 1947-48 political climate between Soviet Union and Yugoslavia become hostile, and as a result less then 100 participants claimed this award during 1947/48.
