What's a max bid?

A Yugoslavian Order of the People's Army with Gold Star - 2nd Class, multi-piece construction, solid silver gilt and enamels, weighing 73 grams, hallmarked, maker marked "IKOM" and marked "900" (silver) on the reverse, 67.5 mm x 68.8 mm, vertical pinback, light contact and gilt wear, near extremely fine. Footnote: The order was established in 1952 and awarded for merits in building and strengthening of the Armed Forces of the SFRJ and in commanding the military units in peace time. It is conferred to foreign military leaders.
