What's a max bid?

An Association of Yugoslav Fighters in the International Brigades in Spain Thirtieth Anniversary Commemorative Table Medal 1936-1966: Silvered bronze, obverse illustrating a raised fist fronting a map of Spain, with a globe bearing a star below, flanked by the dates "1936" at the left and "1966" at the right, surrounded by the inscription in Spanish "VOLUNTARIOS INTERNACIONALES DE LA LIBERTAD" (International Volunteers of Freedom), reverse engraved in Croatian "TIHI JURAJU / SKUPŠTINA GRADA ZAGREBA / 30.X 1966." (Tihi Juraju / Zagreb City Assembly / October 30, 1966), 70.7 mm, scattered silvering wear, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, white and yellow twisted cord framed and red velvet lined recessed medal bed, latch closure, scuffing on the exterior, covering on the lid coming away from the body of the case, case fair.
