Footnote: Eric Morton Cockshutt, born 1895 at Brantford, Ontario and living as a student, enlisted in July 1916 as a Lieutenant. Cockshutt spent his service with the C.F.A. including instruction at the 42nd Ordinance College Course, C.Corps School for Artillery instruction.
