What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Prussia: Mounted Pair: Iron Cross 2nd Class 1914 (silver frame, with iron core, magnetic, 43.3 mm) and Hindenburg Cross for Combatants (iron with a bronze-coloured gilt, magnetic, maker marked "AD. B. L." inside a circle (Adolf Baumeister, Lüdenscheid) on the reverse, 37.3 mm), original ribbon and mounted to a magnetic metal suspension with pinback; Baden: Civil Merit Medal (silvered war materials, engraver marked "R.M." on the obverse, hallmarked on the edge, 38 mm, replacement ribbon); Oldenburg: War Merit Medal (bronze gilt, 27.5 mm x 35.2 mm, replacement ribbon); and Prussia: War Veterans Organization Medal for Meritorious Service (frosted silver, maker marked "H. TIMM BERLIN" on the integral ring, 44.2 mm, original ribbon). Ranging from fine to near extremely fine.
