What's a max bid?

France. A Set of Four Reduced Sized Miniatures, c. 1830

An exceptionally small miniature set of four French decoration, worn on a silver gilt bar with a blue enamel border, four original ribbons attached, the first with a large rosette, reverse presents a horizontal bar for ribbon attachment, bar measures 40.13mm (w) x 4.10mm (h – excluding integral rings for decorations), marked with two eagle head/boars head mixed hallmarks on suspension ring for the Order of St. Louis denoting small articles of mixed carat, weighs 6.2 grams, ribbons lightly soiled, wear to enamel in bar, overall very fine condition. The decorations are as follows:

France. An Order of Saint Louis in Gold, presenting a white enamelled Maltese cross with Fleur-De-Lys in each quadrant, the center presents the figure of St. Louis surrounded by a blue enamel ring, the reverse presents a wreath with a sword surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed BELL. VIRTUTIS PRAEM, measures 10.57mm (w) x 15.03mm (h – including floral suspension and integral ball), wear to enamel on arms and in central medallion, very fine condition.

France. An Order of Fidelity, in silver, a white enamelled five point star with ball finials, the central medallion features a right facing profile of King Louis XVIII, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed FIDELITE DEVOUEMENT, the reverse shows a Fleur De Lys, the badge is surmounted by a large crown with a Fleur De Lys suspension piece, measures 10.12mm (w) x 17.93mm (h – inclusive of crown suspension), heavy wear to white enamel, dark patina, fine condition.

France. A Legion of Honour (Type III, Second Restoration, 1816-1830), composed of silver, with white, green and blue enamels, the obverse centerpiece in Gold depicts three Fleur-De-Lys surrounded by the inscription HONNEUR ET PATRIE, the reverse centerpiece in Gold depicts Henri VI d, measures 9.37mm (w) x 15.210mm (h – including crown suspension), decoration has been attached to bar backwards, dark patina, heavy wear to enamels, fine condition.

Hohenlohe. An Order of the Pheonix, in silver gilt, a white enamelled cross with the inscription EX FLAM CLA HOTH on the obverse arms, the center medallion features a hand-painted phoenix on a blue enamel background, the reverse presents the enamelled monogram of Prince Philipp Ernst I on a sunburst pattern background, and the arms mirror the obverse, measures 10.40mm (w) x 14.44mm(h), light wear, very fine condition.
