What's a max bid?

Second Empire Version (in 18K Gold with blue and green enamels, hallmarked on the ring, reverse-mounted, measuring 11.98 mm (w) x 20 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, chipping evident in the blue enamels on the reverse centrepiece ring, missing its obverse centrepiece); and Third Republic Version (in 18K Gold with blue and green enamels, reverse-mounted, measuring 10.5 mm (w) x 17.5 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, intact enamels). Both awards are attached to an 18K Gold suspension bar with an original ribbon fed through it, the suspension bar maker marked with the Arthus Bertrand insignia, the ribbon suspended from a 36.5 mm (w) x 12 mm (h) 18K Gold hanger with pinback, light contact on the hanger, very fine.
