In bronze, obverse illustrating the left-facing bust of Napoleon Bonaparte, engraver marked "BRENET" and "DENON DIREXIT", reverse illustrating a woman in draped clothing, sitting in a boat and directing its course by placing her left hand on its sail, with a six-sided star above, inscribed "A LA FORTUNE" to the left, "CONSERVATRICE" to the right and "L'AN 4 DE BONAPARTE." below, engraver marked "BRENET", the latter inscription over a faint double striking inscribed "DENON DIREXIT", measuring 33.8 mm in diameter, edge nicks, spotting, light contact, very fine.
