What's a max bid?

An example of a Squadron Clasp of the Luftwaffe for Fighter and Bomber Pilots (Spange für Kampf und Sturzkampfflieger): in bronzed tombak, the obverse with a central downward-sloping winged bomb within a laurel wreath, with a static swastika on the bottom of the wreath and nine oak leaves on either side of the wreath; horizontal slender banjo style pinback has fallen off but is present, with its hinge missing; maker marked “G.H. Osang, Dresden” on the reverse; measuring 76.90 mm (w) x 25.95 mm (h); weighing 14.6 grams; in as-found condition. [C:162]
