Constructed of bronze; the obverse depicting the German Olympic bell, circumscribed “Olympics Spiele Berlin 1936”, the reverse inscribed “Zur Ehre Des Vaterlandes Zum Ruhme Des Sports” (German - For the honour of the Fatherland, for the honour of Sport); unmarked; measuring 37 mm in diameter; in overall very fine condition.
