What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A pair of of employment record books (Arbeitsbücher), including a book belonging to Anton Wiebeck. Wiebeck was born on 17 May 1901, and had two children, born 1930 and 1934, respectively. He was employed as a bank clerk through August 1941. Measuring 105 mm (w) x 147 mm (h). Minor soiling and fatigue, but otherwise in very fine condition.

A second book belonging to Stanislaus Kopruszynski. Kopruszynski was born on 13 November 1893, and had four children, born 1922, 1924, 1926 and 1929. He was employed as a general labourer at a sawmill through February 1944. Measuring 105 mm (w) x 147 mm (h). In near extremely fine condition.
