What's a max bid?

This piece is recovered from a crashed V1 Rocket which crashed in London in 1944, in magnetic metal, with what used to be a flat greenish-grey finish. The fragment appears to be bent over on itself, exhibiting sharp edges throughout, undulated, museum coded in white ink (RCMI 2000.26.3” (RCMI - Royal Canadian Military Institute, Toronto) along the outer edge; measuring 19 cm x 14.5 cm; with expected surface wear and partially molten metal; as retrieved.
