Measuring 179x128mm, better than very fine condition with light scuffing and warping, two small tears, and several pin-sized holes in the corners. It shows a group of eight Heer soldiers positioned around a regimental flag, two of which are in the process of swearing the oath of allegiance. The rest of the unit can be seen in the background.
