A Weimar “Interwar” period medal bar of a First War Veteran, consisting of 1) Merit Cross For War Aid, a feinzink Maltese cross; the obverse inscribed “Für Kriegshilfsdienst” (For War Aid); the reverse depicting a crowned Royal Cipher; measuring 41.40 mm (w) x 41.65 mm; 2) A Long Service Medal for 12 Years; a silver medal; the obverse with a central Prussian crown, circumscribed “Treue Dienste bei der Fahne”; the reverse inscribed “XII”; measuring 30.05 mm in diameter. 3) A Kaiser Wilhelm Centennial Medal; in bronze; measuring 39.85 mm, 4) Honour Cross Second Class of the Prussian Veteran’s Association; in silvered bronze; the obverse depicting the Kyffhäuser Monument; the reverse inscribed “Für Verdienst im Kriegsvereinswesen” on the reverse; marked on its loop but illegible; measuring 44.45 mm (w) x 44.50 mm (h). All suspended from their original ribbons; the medal bar with a metal core (non-magnetic); horizontal pinback; red wool backer; measuring 124 mm (w) x 58 mm (h); in overall very fine condition.
