Measuring 176x129mm, better than very fine condition with light scuffing of the edges, one crease in the upper left corner, and light scratching of the surface. The photo is an original archive picture from the Command Department (Kommandoamt) of the Waffen-SS. It shows SS-Gruppenführer Artur Phleps (KC and posthumous Oak Leaves) on the far left, SS-Bridageführer Carl von Oberkamp in the middle (note the collar tab indicating SS Mountain Division “Prinz Eugen”), Standartenführer Otto Kumm on the right wearing the Knight’s Cross with Oak Leaves, and Obersturmbannführer Bayer in the background. The topic of the meeting is the military cemetery of Nikšić (city in present-day Montenegro).
