Constructed of zink; the obverse consisting of an oval oak wreath, with a wolfsangel at the base of the wreath, along with a vertically oriented upward-pointing sword superimposed on a mobile swastika; the reverse plain, with a vertical banjo style pinback, a barrel hinge, and a flat wire catch; marked “RZM M1/100” for “Werner Redo, Saarläutern” on the reverse; measuring 47.18 mm (w) x 59.91 mm (h); weighing 23.2 grams; in overall very fine condition.
