What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

A pair of Stahlhelm publications, including a 1927 Gau Niedersachsen (Lower Saxony) event booklet, constructed of a paper stock binding with 49 paginated interior pages, featuring text articles and advertisements with an index, published by Heinrich Engelke, Bremen, measuring 158 mm (w) x 235 mm (h), with moderate discolouration and material fatigue evident, in very fine condition, and; a copy of “Der Letzte Appell” (“The Last Roll Call”), constructed of a light card stock binding with non-paginated interior pages, pasted with nine glossed period photos of Stahlhelm personnel and insignia, interspersed with brief histories of the founding and dissolution of the organization, retaining a loose photo of Stahlhelm personnel taken in 1930, measuring 155 mm (w) x 208 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
