What's a max bid?

Constructed light brown rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered red disc overlaid by a white Sig rune, the reverse with an intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label clearly bearing a maker code of “A4/99” and a secondary code of “198767”, measuring 62 mm (w) x 62 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition, accompanied by a period original photograph of a DJ member, depicted in uniform and with the insignia clearly visible, unmarked and undated, measuring 45 mm (w) x 65 mm (h), with the remnants of album material visible to the reverse, in overall extremely fine condition.
