What's a max bid?

Constructed of aluminum, the obverse with a pebbled field featuring a dark gray finish, the obverse depicting a German national eagle clutching a Geneva cross with a mobile swastika on its chest, the reverse with an integrated cast catch and a dual-prong spring bar, marked with the logo of “Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid” and marked “Ges. Gesch.”, measuring 64.50 mm (w) x 48.52 mm (h), in mint condition.
