What's a max bid?

Constructed of brass, the obverse with a separately applied nickel-silver disk displaying the royal crown on a raised field, circumscribed “Gott Mit Uns” (God With Us) along with an open-ended wreath below, the reverse with two solder points, a catch, and a standard dual-prong spring bar, measuring 61 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), with a leather tab attached to the belt buckle, constructed of heavy brown leather, in overall near very fine condition.
