What's a max bid?

Constructed of aluminum, the obverse with a central Wehrmacht-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, within a circular oak leaf wreath tied at the bottom with ribbons, the reverse with a buckle with dual attachment prongs and a clasp bearing the logo of maker F.W. Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid, measuring 50 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
