What's a max bid?

A lot of shoulder boards, including a set of Heer Supply Troops Leutnant boards, each constructed of cardboard-reinforced light blue wool and bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, one strap retaining an original price tag in Reichsmarks, both measuring 35 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), with some material fatigue evident, in overall near extremely fine condition, and; a set of Heer Engineer Major boards, each constructed of cardboard-reinforced black wool and bearing four bands of interwoven silver aluminum wire piping, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 130 mm (l), with evidence of the removal of two pips from each board, in overall near extremely fine condition.
