What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

(Heer Insignien für Offiziere der Infanterie). A mixed lot of eight Heer Infantry Officer rank insignia, including:

1. A matching set of collar tabs, each constructed of dark green wool and bearing dual machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia bisected by white threaded tresses, both unmarked and measuring 40 mm (w) x 70 mm (l), in uniform-removed and very fine condition.

2. A second matching set of collar tabs, each constructed of dark green wool with buckram cores and bearing dual machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia bisected by white threaded tresses, both unmarked and measuring 40 mm (w) x 70 mm (l), with some oxidation evident to the wire features, in uniform-removed and very fine condition.

3. A mis-matched set of Leutnant shoulder boards, each constructed of white wool with buckram cores and topped by four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, the reverse of each bearing an integral strap, both unmarked, one board measuring 34 mm (w) x 104 mm (l) and the other measuring 30 mm (w) x 102 mm (l), with minor soiling and wear evident, in uniform-removed and very fine condition.

4. A matching set of Oberstleutnant shoulder boards, each constructed of white wool with buckram cores, topped by four bands of interwoven silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with a gilded rank pip and numerals “48”, both unmarked and measuring 36 mm (w) x 105 mm (l), with some soiling evident, in uniform-removed and very fine condition.
