In addition, a Black Grade Wound Badge award document named to Unteroffizier Kurt Hein for a wound received on 19 August 1942, signed in black ink by the Chief Medical Officer in Riesenburg on 9 October 1942, measuring 139 mm (w) x 200 mm (h), with folding crease, and in fine condition.
