Germany, Heer. A Pair of Commemorative Items

(Heer Erinnerungs-Dekorationen). A pair of Heer commemorative items, including a a plaque, constructed of a circular dark wooden backer, the obverse bearing a silvered bronze faceplate with a raised depiction of a Heer rifleman in a combat stance, the reverse with a central visible rivet securing the applique in place, topped by a magnetic metal suspension loop, unmarked, measuring 120 mm in diameter, with moderate loss of finish evident to the emblem mitigated by is highlight of the details, in very fine condition, and; a miniature Heer Stahlhelm, constructed of feinzink, the exterior painted with a classic apple-green finish and flanked by eagle and tri-colour decals, the interior plain and painted with a pale gold finish, unmarked, measuring 80 mm (w) x 98 mm (l) x 50 mm (h), demonstrating some loss of exterior paint, in overall very fine condition.
