What's a max bid?

Constructed of a pink wool base bearing braided silver aluminum braids, each board pinned with bronze Arabic-style number “7”, embroidered flap on bottom with reinforced buttonhole for attachment to uniform, unmarked, measuring 34 mm (w) x 105 mm (l), in very fine condition.
