What's a max bid?

A set of Heer Flak/Artillery Major shoulder boards, each constructed of cardboard-reinforced red wool and bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, one board with an integrated reverse wool strap, one measuring 40 mm (w) x 105 mm (l), the other measuring 36 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), a mis-matched set in overall near extremely fine condition.
