What's a max bid?

A set of Heer Armoured Reconnaissance/Cavalry collar tabs, each constructed of black wool with buckram cores, trimmed with lemon-yellow piping, and pinned with silvered metal alloy Totenkopf insignia, both unmarked and measuring 32 mm (w) x 70 mm (l), one Totenkopf cypher attachment prong has become detached from the left-sided tab, in overall near extremely fine condition.
