What's a max bid?

A pair of Hauptmann Infantry sew on shoulder boards constructed of a white fabric base with bright silver/aluminum Russian braids with two gilt rank pips, measuring 105.47 mm (w) x 34.45 mm (h); a pair of Infantry Officer Collar Tabs, constructed of fine silvery twisted wire around a fabric cover with white twisted braids; on a dark green (Flaschengrün) wool backer; standard buckram core; the reverse on one is stamped with “3.75”, measuring 37.20 mm (w) x 65.92 mm (h), all very fine.
