What's a max bid?

Germany, Heer. A Wehrmacht Heer (Army) Standard Issue EM/NCO’s Belt Buckle

(Wehrmacht Heer Koppelschloss). Constructed of magnetic metal with a gray painted finish, the obverse with a raised slightly pebbled field depicting a German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed “GOTT MIT UNS” (God with Us) along the top and decorated with a partial oak wreath on the bottom of the buckle, the reverse plain, with a soldered catch and a standard dual-prong spring bar, unmarked but displaying paint repair where the buckle was previously numbered (possibly for museum use), measuring 63 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), in overall better than extremely fine condition.
