What's a max bid?

(Deutsches Heer Koppelschloss). Constructed of steel with a dark gray finish, the obverse with a raised central field depicting a German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed “Gott Mit Uns” (God with Us), and a partial oak wreath, the reverse with a standard soldered catch and a double-prong spring bar, measuring 65 mm (w) x 49 mm (h), in mint condition.
