The document is named to Gefreiten Bernhard Bendlin of the 3rd Panzerjäger Division 122, in the field on 26 June 1942, stamped and signed by the Generalleutnant und Division Kommandeur (Lieutenant General and Division Commander), measuring 139 mm (w) x 197 (h), with a folding crease, two punched holes, and discolouration, and in fair condition.
