What's a max bid?

Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a raised German national eagle clutching a HJ insignia in its talons, within a ribbed wreath bearing an inscription of “BLUT UND EHRE” (“BLOOD AND HONOUR”), the reverse with a clasp and swivel attachment prongs, bearing a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “KH24” for Friedrich Linden, Lüdenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
