What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse with a central raised HJ-style German national eagle clutching a HJ insignia, circumscribed by an inscription of “BLUT UND EHRE” (“BLOOD AND HONOUR”) on a ribbed border, the reverse with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code “M4/28” for maker Richard Sieper & Söhne, Lüdenscheid, measuring 63 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in better than very fine condition.
