What's a max bid?

(Suedwest Afrika Erinnerungsmedaille). Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a leftward-facing profile of Germania, flanked by an inscription of “SUEDWEST AFRIKA 1904-06” (“SOUTHWEST AFRICA 1904-06”) , the reverse with a monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, circumscribed by an inscription of “DEN SIEGREICHEN STREITERN” (“TE VICTORIOUS STRUGGLE”), the obverse maker marked “D. SCHULTZ”, measuring 32.73 mm (w) x 35.96 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
