What's a max bid?

(Großkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes, Museumsstück). Reinstituted 19 July 1870 by King Wilhelm I. Constructed of blackened and silvered feinzink, consisting of a Cross Pattée with ribbed arms and a blackened core, the obverse with a central initial “W”, the six o’clock arm with a reinstitution date of “1870”, the twelve o’clock arm with a royal crown, the reverse with three central oak leaves, the six o’clock with an initial institution date of “1813”, the twelve o’clock arm with initials “FW” topped by a royal crown”, the twelve o’clcok arm with an integral loop and suspension ring connecting to a period original neck ribbon measuring 640 mm in length, in near extremely fine condition.
