What's a max bid?

(Silberne Tafelgabel). Constructed of silver, the obverse presents with an intricate design completing in a crowned Prussian imperial eagle inside stylized oak leaves, the reverse bears a similar design with a raised monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, maker marked on reverse “Gebr. Friedländer”, with a crescent moon and crown indicating post-1886 German manufacture, along with the hallmark of Körner & Proll, Berlin, measuring 31 mm (w) x 225 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
