What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

A Boyer-Batenbrock Warrior Association Medal An iron cross paty constructed of silvered bronze and black enamel, the obverse centre bears a royal eagle, the cross arms are black enamel and read “GOTT MIT UNS 1899” (GOD WITH US 1899), on a ribbon suspension in black enamel inscribed with “KRIEGER VEREIN BOYER-BATENBROCK”, on a red, black and white ribbon with metal backer, the reverse bears a horizontal pinback, measuring 34.82 mm (w) x 62.42 mm (h);

A Veteran’s Association 25 Year Medal A straight-armed cross paty constructed of bronze, the obverse centre bears a “25”, the arms read “FÜR TREUE IM VEREIN” (FOR FAITH IN THE CLUB), two downwards facing crossed swords lay in the quadrants between the arms, the reverse is marked “PAUL KUST BERLIN C.19”, on a red, white and black ribbon bow with a horizontal pinback, measuring 29.59 mm (w) x 33.79 mm (h);

A Veteran’s Guelphic Order Badge A badge constructed of die stamped non-magnetic metal and multi-coloured enamels, the obverse bears an eight-pointed cross paty, with a central medallion of a horse on a red enamel background, the arms of the cross paty read “21 SEPT. SUSCIPERE ET FINIRE NEC ASPERA TERRENT 1907” (SUPPORT AND LIMIT THE HARDSHIPS DO NOT DETER US), two yellow and white flag staffs lay in the quadrants between the arms, superimposed on a crowned eagle with outstretched wings, the reverse is plain, with loop for suspension, measuring 40.60 mm (w) x 48.51 mm (h); all very fine.
