What's a max bid?

A pair of First World War Central Powers patriotic badges, including a large badge constructed of gilded bronze with a horizontal pinback, the obverse consisting of a red enameled field bearing the coats of arms of Germany, Austria, Hungary, the Ottoman Empire, and Bulgaria, unmarked, measuring 25 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), in extremely fine condition, and; a small badge constructed of gilded bronze with a vertical pinback, the obverse consisting of a clutch of enameled leaves bearing the colours of Germany, Austria, Hungary, and the Ottoman Empire, overlaid by an Iron Cross and dates “1914-1915”, unmarked, measuring 26 mm (w) x 24 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
