What's a max bid?

A set of converted Flieger Ersatz Abteilung 1 shoulder straps, each constructed of field-grey cotton and wool, the obverse with a machine-embroidered winged propeller insignia and number “1”, the reverse with a hand-embroidered number “94”, the latter appears to have been added later and is stitched through the former Luftstreitkräfte insignia, both unmarked and measuring 53 mm (w) x 135 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
