What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse with a leftward-facing profile of Kaiser Wilhelm II in Imperial regalia, circumscribed by name and title in Latin, the reverse with a central inscription of “KRIEGER VERDIENST” (“WARRIOR MERIT”), within a laurel wreath, unmarked, measuring 40 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
