What's a max bid?

An iron cross paty constructed of iron with a magnetic core, the obverse is blackened with a raised border, and a centrally located “W” (for Wilhelm), the 12 o’clock arm bears a crowned “FW” cipher (for Freidrich Wilhelm) and an oak leaf, the 9 o’clock arm bears the date “1813”, the 3 o’clock arm bears the date “1870” and the 6 o’clock arm bears the date “1914”, the reverse is centrally engraved with “Ges. gesch. 1914. 2.” and the 6 o’clock arm is engraved with “K & Th.”, measuring 108.17 mm, weighing 456 g, near mint.
