What's a max bid?

Constructed of zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, topped by a German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a central destroyer cutting through waves and extending over the wreath, unmarked, measuring 14 mm (w) x 17 mm (h), in very fine condition.
