What's a max bid?

In solid silver, marked "935" inside of a shank, centering para badge (without swastika) and inscribed "1.LUFTLANDE DIVISION"; approximate N. American finger size "9"; excellent details, in worn condition, shank cut at the bottom; circa 1950-60 manufacture, in worn condition.
