Frankfurt, issued in Rome on 6 March 1943, presenting the signature of General der Flieger Maximilian Ritter von Pohl (1893-1951) in blue ink, stamped with an official seal in black ink, measuring 14 cm (w) x 19.9 cm (h), displaying a central folding crease, mild scuffing, and in overall very fine condition.
