(Dienstauszeichnung der NSDAP I. Stufe in Bronze). Constructed of bronzed zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with ribbed and pebbled arms, the obverse with a central NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika within an oak leaf wreath, the reverse with a central inscription of “TREUE FÜR FÜHRER UND VOLK” (“LOYALTY FOR FÜHRER AND PEOPLE”), with sun rays through the quadrants of the cross, unmarked, measuring 41.99 mm (w) x 46.75 mm (h), weighing 38.7 grams (inclusive of ribbon), accompanied by its period original presentation case, constructed of card stock with a faux brown leather exterior, the obverse lid with a gold embossed NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the interior with a brown felt lid liner and slotted medal bed, the reverse with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code “M1/34” for maker Karl Wurster, Markneukirchen, measuring 52 mm (w) x 95 mm (l) x 18 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
