What's a max bid?

(Goldenes Ehrenzeichen der NSDAP). Constructed of gilded tombak with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, with a central black enameled mobile swastika on a white enameled disc, within a red enameled ring bearing an inscription of “NATIONAL-SOZIALISTISCHE D.A.P.” (“NATIONAL SOCIALIST GERMAN WORKERS’ PARTY”), the reverse with a horizontal pinback, stamped with a NSDAP membership number of “60897” for an unidentified individual, maker marked “DESCHLER & SOHN, MÜNCHEN”, measuring 30.44 mm in diameter, weighing 13.0 grams, with minor flecking of enamels and loss of gilt finish evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
